Pricing

Our suggested retail pricing incorporates a 55% profit margin.  Our product quality is worthy of this margin.  It is suggested that you do not price items any lower than keystone (wholesale price doubled or 100% markup).

Return Policy

At White Elegance Direct, we strive to produce the finest children’s clothing.  Each garment is carefully inspected.  However, take a moment to inspect each shipment to ensure that no damage has occurred in shipping and to check for flaws in fabric or workmanship. 

 Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.  If the garment is found defective please include a short description of the defect.    If the item returned to us shows any sign of being worn, no credit will be given.   

There will be a 10% restocking fee unless there is an obvious defect in the garment. 

A White Elegance Direct Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returned items. 

When you issue a Return Authorization Number to your customer, you will need to contact us with the RA # and customer information so we can receive the package and credit the order to you when the item is received in our wharehouse. 

Please allow us 8 days to process your refund.

Policies for using our photos:

• Pricing displayed with our photos must be keystoned (100% markup) or higher. 
• We do not allow our photos to be displayed on Ebay or other online auction sites. 
  (Please see our Ebay/Auction policies)
• When using the White Elegance name or logo, you must state that you are a distributor of White Elegance products.  Any attempt to imply that you are White Elegance is not allowed.
• White Elegance photos are not to be used in unsolicited emails (SPAM) of any kind.

Ebay/Auction Site Policies

1. White Elegance photos are not to be used on Ebay or other auction sites unless the product is displayed as a “Buy Now” item at suggested retail. Thank you.
